🔁 Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Refunds or replacements will be issued only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item is lost during shipping

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, or confirmation of loss

Once approved, we will:

  • Replace the item or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method (our discretion)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier


🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The original item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The customer must purchase the replacement item separately through our Shopify store

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be approved.

📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all exchanges.


🚫 No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
