Shipping times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect address information was provided at checkout


📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


 

🌍 Domestic Shipping Only (If Applicable)

We currently ship within the United States only.


📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.


🧾 In-Person Purchases

Items purchased in person are considered final at the time of sale and follow the same refund and exchange policies as online orders.
